How to track your parcel

  1. Once your order is dispatched, we send a shipping confirmation email with your tracking number and a tracking link.
  2. Click the link in that email to follow your parcel. Tracking can take 24–72 hours to show the first scan after dispatch.
  3. As your parcel nears the UK, tracking often updates with the local delivery partner — the same tracking link will continue to work.

Can’t find your shipping email?

Check your spam or promotions folder first. If you still cannot find it, contact us with your order number and the email address used at checkout, and we will send your tracking details.

Delivery times

Most orders arrive within 5–14 days from order, depending on the product and carrier. Some styles take a little longer; where this applies, it is noted on the product page. See our Shipping Policy for full details.
